 width=The Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) is contemplating building a large parking structure to support the operation of its new Stadium to be constructed to the northeast of the current Estadio Tecnológico on the Monterrey Campus. ITESM has contracted Sasaki Associates to create the initial concept design, and Clayton Hill Associates (CHA) to review and comment on the functional properties of the initial design.

Hospital San Jose Tec de Monterrey

san jose hospitalClayton Hill Associates (CHA) was contracted to provide a brief review of existing parking lots, parking facilities and services, and equipment at the Hospital San Jose Tec de Monterrey, and to provide observations and recommendations regarding the updating of the current system.

Province of Manitoba - MCCC James Avenue Parkade Review and Opinion

MCCCThis project was commissioned to review previous work focused on new development – particularly development of parking facilities – which would support improved services to the Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation, Sport Manitoba, The Centennial Concert Hall, the Royal Manitoba Theatre Corporation and other provincially significant cultural and community assets, as well as the local residential and commercial community in the East Exchange District of Downtown Winnipeg.  The project assembled a short business case which accurately portrays the private investment opportunities associated with this development, and which may accompany a Request for Proposals to the private investment community.

University of Calgary

car2go-400Assisted University staff in the design, assembly, installation, and commissioning of new illumination technology in the Art Parkade facility. The lighting design utilized LED technology in combination with sensor detections and way finding to assist with customer service. The project resulted in better customer access to the garage facility and improved revenues and accountability for the University.

Kimley-Horn and Associates

Responsible for expert panel work and public meetings, current program review and development planning toward establishment of performance pricing methodologies for city streets and communities in the City of Seattle. The project resulted in establishment of kimley-horn-logodynamic seasonal and daily rates for parking facilities so as to create a consistent 15% availability of curbside parking in all districts at all times.
